Can a private contractor fingerprint you rather than the police?
Certified Fingerprint Technicians, such as Dallas Mobile Fingerprinting fully staffs, can fingerprint for most criminal background checks, for all 50 states, Homeland Security and for the FBI.
Are you required to get your fingerprints recorded by a law enforcement agency? No, it is not required. You should know that they only fingerprint the public a couple days a week and they do not supply you with the fingerprint cards you will need. Also be advised that many of our customers come to us after first getting their fingerprinting completed by their local law enforcement agency because their fingerprint cards got rejected due to poor quality fingerprinting. Nobody has a perfect record without any rejections but we take great care to keep ours super low, less than 1%.
We know the art and profession of fingerprinting so that your fingerprints are recorded to FBI standards; so that they are deemed classifiable and are able to be ran against the criminal database.
Dallas Mobile Fingerprinting is listed on many of the area police department Fingerprinting Information sheets because we are recognized as a top rated private fingerprinting firm in Dallas - Fort Worth, TX. They trust that they can direct the public to us to get their fingerprints recorded properly.
