No Live Scan, Digital, Biometric, or Electronic Fingerprinting
Dallas Mobile Fingerprinting only offers ink based fingerprinting, NOT Live Scan, Digital, Biometric, or Electronic Fingerprinting.
Many processes require only electronic fingerprinting, such as Texas Independent School Districts - teachers, contractors, and anyone who will do work for Texas schools. Texas residential real estate brokers & agents, foster parents, and Texas CHL applicants also require electronic fingerprinting. Night club dancers/entertainers are required to do biometric fingerprinting for S.O.B. compliance.
At this time Dallas Mobile Fingerprinting ONLY records black ink fingerprinting on FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards, FINRA fingerprint cards, SF-87 cards, and cards from any state. We CANNOT complete CHL cards for Florida or Virginia, only local law enforcement agencies can records CHL fingerprints for Florida and Virginia.
If you need Immigration fingerprinting, FBI background check fingerprinting, or fingerprint cards completed for other states, we can record them for you.
See our Home page or Mobile Fingerprinting page to see most of the reasons that we record ink fingerprinting for. Call us at (214) 529-8157 if you are unsure about your particular process but just know that we do not offer electronic fingerprinting of any type. To schedule an electronic fingerprinting appointment, visit www.L1Enrollment.com. Please double check with whoever is requiring you to get fingerprinting done to see if you must do ink or electronic fingerprinting and then please call us to schedule a convenient appointment if you are required to get ink fingerprinting (except Florida or Virginia CHL). Thank you!
Dallas Mobile Fingerprinting Does NOT Offer CHL Fingerprinting for Texas, Florida, or Virginia
Dallas Mobile Fingerprinting is no longer able to do Concealed Handgun License (CHL) fingerprinting for the states of Texas, Florida or Virginia. We can process cards for Utah.
Texas now requires CHL applicants to do electronic fingerprinting through L1 Identity Solutions (F.A.S.T.) authorized locations. You will need to schedule an appointment online with them at www.L1Enrollment.com.
At this time, the states of Florida and Virginia will only accept fingerprints recorded from your local law enforcement agency - police station or sheriff's department. They will reject them if completed by a private contractor, even though we are certified to record ink fingerprints for any other reason.
Again, Dallas Mobile Fingerprinting is certified and authorized to record ink fingerprinting for any other reason besides CHL in only Texas, Florida and Virginia.
Thank you! Call (214) 529-8157 with any questions.

We are authorized to complete ink based fingerprinting on fingerprint cards or forms for any reason (except CHL) and we DO NOT currently offer Live Scan, electronic, digital, or biometric fingerprinting. Ink based fingerprinting is still considered by most authorities to provide the highest level of classifiable fingerprinting and it costs less. We only use approved high quality fingerprinting ink pads. Other states require fingerprint cards rather than Live Scan because electronic submission is currently not accepted across state lines.
The most common reasons we fingerprint are for: Professional/Occupational licensing requirements - nurses, physicians and other medical personnel, mortgage professionals, out of state insurance adjusters, FINRA compliance for Financial Advisors, Investment Bankers & Securities Brokers, Government contract workers, FDIC contractors, Immigration fingerprinting, adoptions, legal name changes, Texas security licensing - Security Officers & alarm system sales & monitoring companies, locksmiths, out of state liquor licenses, Texas Lotto Commission, expunge past criminal records, collection agencies & debt negotiation companies, commercial and out of state real estate licensing, USPS applicants, Census workers, IRS submission for income tax professionals, and attorneys/law firms. If you don't see your reason listed here, call and ask us - most likely we can do it. Our experience, professionalism, and reliability can't be beat!
